Lee is accused of stabbing Tracey J. Land, a 52-year-old resident of Bridgeview, to death just after 3 a.m. that Wednesday. Oswego police said Land was making a delivery with Lee broke in through the back door of the fast food restaurant and attacked him with a hammer and knife, Patch reported.

Police believe Lee remained in the Chick-fil-A, attempting to clean up the crime scene before attacking a 20-year-old maintenance worker outside the restaurant nearly two hours later. Despite his injuries, the man was able to subdue the attacker while his mother, who was working the site with him, called the police.
