Oswego police took a forgery report at 5:15 p.m. at a residence in the 400 block of Ogden Falls Boulevard.

Dec. 6
Property Damage
Oswego police were called regarding criminal damage to property at 5:44 p.m. in the 600 block of Pimlico Street. Police said damage was estimated at $500.
Battery
Oswego police are investigating a report of aggravated battery that occurred at 2:20 a.m. in the 400 block of Fayette Drive. The victim, a 71-year-old woman, was injured and transported to an area hospital.
Dec. 4
DUI
Oswego police arrested Jacquelin Noto, 33, of Oswego, on a charge of driving under the influence after the vehicle she was driving was involved in a crash at 9:18 p.m. on Madison Street at Chicago Road. Police said neither Noto nor the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was injured. Noto also was cited for driving while license revoked and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Noto was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.
Domestic Battery
Oswego police are investigating a report of a domestic battery that occurred at 3:11 p.m. in the 300 block of Fox Chase Drive North. Police said a 55-year-old man was injured in the incident but not transported to the hospital.
