Criminal Sexual Assault In Oswego Township: Police

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — A criminal sexual assault occurred in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Oswego Township Saturday, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said.

Officers responded to Morris Hospital, located in Yorkville at 11:31 p.m. According to Deputy Dan Briars, the investigation is still in the very early stages and "I don’t have a great deal of additional information at this time."

However, he told Patch that this is "not believed to be a random incident."
