Kendall County Sheriff's Office Announces Employee Of The Year
Richard Pearson has been named Kendall County Sheriff's Office Employee of the Year.

OSWEGO, IL — Deputy Richard Pearson was nominated by a member of the KCSO Records Division for his exemplary performance. The KCSO employee recognition program is focused on recognizing employees for the great work they perform. This program helps identify those employees that deserve special recognition whenever his/her duties are performed in an exemplary manner. Citizens may also be recognized under this program for an act that deserves recognition.
Deputy Pearson has been with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office since January of 2001 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Deputy Pearson was selected for Employee of the Year because of his commitment to excellence, dedication to service, and leadership ability. During the past year, Deputy Pearson has exemplified the mission of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and continues to go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service to the citizens of Kendall County. He leads by example and inspires and motivates everyone around him with his great personality and outstanding work ethic. He maintains a professional and compassionate demeanor when dealing with the public, and is a great asset to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
