2022-0694, Theft: On 02/28/22 at 12:05 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Poplar Road in Kendall Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0695, Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License: On 02/28/22 at 1:52 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fernwood Road and Gentilly Drive, Oswego Township. Shawn Gammill, a 46-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Clay Court in Montgomery, was cited for driving while license suspended and released on a recognizance bond.

2022-0699, No Valid Driver’s License: On 02/28/22 at 9:49 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Boulder Hill Pass at Saugatuck Road, Oswego Township.  Kyle J. Clay, a 20-year-old male from the 1000 block of Benzie Circle in Romeoville, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and released on a recognizance bond. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
