2020-0668, Warrant Service: On 02/25/22 at 9:08 am, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 25 and Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Alejandro Jr., Aguirre, a 25-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Sierra Road, Montgomery who was wanted on a DuPage County failure to appear warrant. Bond on the warrant was set at $6000 x 10%. Aguirre was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing without incident. 

2022-0674, Driving on Suspended License: On 02/25/22 at 8:09 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hawley Dr. near Wolf Road in Oswego Township for expired registration. Jordan Lacy, a 28-year-old male from the 4000 block of Van Buren St in Chicago, was cited for driving on a suspended license. Lacy was issued a recognizance bond and released.

2022-0675, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis:  On 02/25/2022 at 8:31 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 near Farnsworth Ave., Oswego Township for expired registration.  The driver, Trevon D. Gaddy, a 22-year-old male from the 1000 block of Station Boulevard in Aurora, and the passenger, Anthony R. Schnurr, a 23-year-old male from the 2900 block of Gloria Court in Montgomery were cited for unlawful possession of adult cannabis in a motor vehicle.  Gaddy and Schnurr were issued recognizance bonds and released.   

2022-0676, Driving on Revoked License: On 02/25/22 at 8:46 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hill Ave. near Route 34 in Oswego Township. Rosendo Villarreal, a 53-year-old male from the 700 block of Fourth St in Aurora, was cited for driving on a revoked driver’s license. Villarreal was issued a recognizance bond and released.

2022-0678, Obstructing/Resisting a Peace Officer/Suspended Registration/No Valid Driver’s License: On 02/25/22 at 10:27 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for suspended registration. During the traffic stop, the driver of the vehicle, Robert A Stuebinger, a 73-year-old male from the 500 block of Route 30 in Aurora, refused to identify himself and resisted arrest. Stuebinger was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing without further incident.

 

       The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
