Man Battered, Robbed At Hudson Crossing Park

Police say they have developed a suspect in the robbery and battery incident.

OSWEGO, IL — A 32-year-old man was attacked and robbed in Hudson Crossing Park Saturday morning, according to Oswego Police. The department says it has identified a suspect in the case, and the investigation is ongoing.

At 5:39 a.m. Saturday, the man was in Hudson Crossing Park, 65 N. Harrison St., when someone attacked and robbed him of $350 in personal property, Oswego Police said in a press release. The man, who is from Oswego, was injured in the incident, and was sent to a local hospital for treatment, according to police.

A police spokesperson said the department has developed a suspect in the investigation. Because the investigation is ongoing, the department could not release more information, the spokesperson said.
