Oswego Police are looking for a man who allegedly paid for a $300 PayStation with fake bills.
OSWEGO, IL — Oswego Police are looking for a man who allegedly bought a PlayStation from GameStop with nearly $300 in counterfeit cash. The incident happened at the GameStop at 2948 Route 34 in Oswego, according to police.
At about 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the man walked into the video game story before buying a PlayStation with $297 in counterfeit currency, police said.
A description of the subject was not released by police. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
