OSWEGO, IL — A man has stolen nearly $900 worth of items from the Oswego Walmart, according to police. The theft allegedly took place on Saturday at the Walmart at 2300 Route 34.

At about 7:25 p.m. on Saturday, the man walked into the Walmart and stole property worth $897, according to the Oswego Police Department. He then left the scene in a silver sedan.

The suspect in the case is described as a black man, aged about 20 years old, with black hair and brown eyes, police said in an incident report. He was seen wearing a black shirt and black sweatpants, police said.
