Men Pull Guns On Each Other, Then Get In Car Together: Oswego PD

Police report that two men exited the gas station convenience store together before aiming pistols at each other and getting in the same car

OSWEGO, IL — The Oswego police responded to reports of a bizarre situation on Dec. 28, involving two men getting into the same car together - after pulling guns on each other.

"As the two individuals left the gas station store, they drew out what appeared to be pistols and pointed them at each other, and then they got in a car and drove away," Oswego PD Public Information Officer Cathy Nevara said.

The incident took place about 1:15 a.m. at the Speedway gas station on the intersection of Route 34 and Wolf Road, the incident report read. At time of writing, there wasn't much more to the story than that. According to Nevara, there were no shots fired, no one threatened and no indication as to why the two men pulled guns on each other. No one present at the scene knew the men or what their relationship was. Even their car was simply described as a blue - or grey - sedan of some kind.

"Nobody really got a close look... a blue or grey sedan," Nevara said

Patch will update this story if any more information becomes available, but for the moment all that can be said is that two men ready to shoot each other also seemed to be travelling together.
