These enforcement efforts were part of high-visibility traffic safety campaigns, including Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over, Click It or Ticket, and Drive High, Get a DUI. By addressing impaired driving, speeding, seat belt violations, and other dangerous driving behaviors, the Sheriff’s Office worked to protect all road users and prevent crashes caused by risky driving.
Our goal was simple: safer roads for everyone,” said Undersheriff Bobby Richardson. “By focusing on speeding, impaired and distracted driving, and seat belt use, we worked to save lives and urge drivers to take responsibility, because violating traffic laws puts everyone at risk.”
