New Dunkin' To Open In Oswego: 'This Isn't Just Another Dunkin' Location'

OSWEGO, IL — A third Dunkin' will open in Oswego, village officials announced Thursday.

The popular coffee shop will operate only as a drive-thru, fueling drivers passing by the corner of Route 71 and Plainfield Road. The building will span 800 square feet.

Dunkin' has two other locations within Oswego, at 2420 Route 34 and 3300 Orchard Road. The new coffee shop "isn't just another Dunkin' location," according to the village.

"It's a strategic private market decision by the developer, who recognized strong demand right at this busy corner," officials wrote on Facebook.

Site work is underway, and construction is expected to be finished before the end of the year, the village said.
