New Management Company Takes Over Emblem Oswego
The new luxury rental community in Oswego features 312 units and resort-style amenities, including a pool, sundeck and fitness center.

OSWEGO, IL — Emblem Oswego, a luxury apartment community, is under new management.
Marquette Management, a Naperville-based property management firm, took over the 312-unit apartment complex. It's the second community in Oswego under its management — the first being Farmington Lakes Apartments, off Douglas Road and Route 34.
Emblem Oswego, located off Wolf Road, neighboring the Hudson Pointe subdivision, features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private patios or balconies for every unit. Residents can also enjoy the property's resort-style amenities, including a pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, outdoor spaces, an entertaining kitchen and EV charging stations.

The Oswego Village Board approved the annexation, rezoning and plat for the community on June 8, 2021, with the first temporary Certificate of Occupancy issued on Nov. 27, 2023, village officials said.
Nearly a year later, on Sept. 18, Emblem Oswego celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Despite the village's population increasing 9 percent since 2020, Marquette Management said no other Class A projects — meaning new construction with the nicest amenities — have been built within four miles of Emblem Oswego, making it "an asset for continued high demand and strong rent growth."
Jim Cunningham, president of Marquette Management, said the company takes a people-centric approach to treating residents as well as hiring and training staff. Marquette manages more than 14,000 apartment units across eight states.
"Emblem is the second community we are managing in Oswego, a market that, like many other Chicago suburbs, promises strong returns for investors with solid assets," Cunningham said in a statement. "Because we understand the competitive advantage every property has within its submarket, we will be able to put Emblem in the best position to not only address demand and provide an exceptional living experience, but also maximize performance for our ownership client."
