Oswego To Host Seniors For Public Works Tour
The fall edition of Coffee and Conversation takes place Friday, Nov. 8.

OSWEGO, IL — The Village of Oswego will host senior citizen residents next week for the fall edition of the "Coffee and Conversation" event. Seniors will be able to meet Village President Troy Parlier and get to tour and learn more about the Public Works department.
Coffee and Conversation will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at the Public Works facility at 100 Theodore Drive. The event will include a brief presentation on the public works operation, from leaf and brush collection to snow plowing and road maintenance. Village staff will also be able to answer questions about what's happening in Oswego.
A tour of the public works building will be held, and coffee and light snacks will be served.
