OSWEGO, IL — Oswego is getting its first Crumbl Cookies just in time for Halloween.

Crumbl will officially open its doors at 1530 Douglas Road, between Buffalo Wild Wings and OrangeTheory Fitness, on Oct. 31.

On Halloween, Crumbl will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. To commemorate, staff will give away t-shirts and stickers to the first 100 customers starting at 2 p.m., according to a report from WSPY News.

Customers are encouraged to come in costume to be entered to win giveaways and free desserts. Shoppers 18 years and older can also sign up for a chance to win free cookies for a year, WSPY News reported.

"The cookie craze is about to crumble its way into Oswego in the most delicious way!" village officials said when they first announced the new business in June.

Crumbl is known for its weekly rotating menu, baked daily, and its pink boxes that perfectly fit cookies side by side. Each location also gives customers a view into how cookies are mixed, balled and baked.

The Oswego cookie shop will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Delivery, carryout, curbside pickup and catering will all be offered.

Weekly flavors will be listed on the Crumbl website. The Oswego franchise will also add specialty flavors each week as part of the "secret menu."
