Patch Salutes You: Oswego Navy Vet Served for Almost 12 Years
In honor of Veterans Day, Patch would like to recognize local members of the military—past or present.
In honor of Veterans Day and in support of our troops—past and present—each day this week, Patch would like to give a shout-out to local members of the military.
ET1 Vincent Pisciotto served in the U.S. Navy for almost 12 years. He was a nuclear reactor operator and did three deployments between 2005 and 2007.
He served aboard the USS Carl Vinson as well as the USS Enterprise. Vince is 31 years old and lives in Oswego with his wife Christina and their two children, Tara (14) and Michael (12).
He is originally from Aurora and graduated from Waubonsie Valley in 1999. He honorably separated from the navy in 2011 and currently works as an equipment operator at Exelon at their LaSalle plant in Marseilles.
