Photo Slideshow: Oswego Photographer Sends Dispatch from Haiti
Todd Pierson has traveled to the earthquake-ravaged nation to make a short film.
Oswego photographer Todd Pierson is wrapping up his most recent trip to Haiti, and with limited Internet capabilities was able to send Oswego Patch some of the incredible images he has captured since arriving June 21.
Pierson joined volunteer organization New Life for Haiti for this trip. Thirty hours of the visit focused on at least one Haitian family, who Pierson recorded for his upcoming documentary.

Pierson filmed in the village of Plik, where these photos were taken. The town does not have electricity, he said. Pierson first began volunteering in 2007 with New Life through his church, , both of which are based in Plainfield.
