Arson, disorder conduct

A resident in the 0-99 block of Circle Drive West in Oswego Township reported that a vehicle at their residence was on fire at about 1:35 a.m. Wednesday, according to Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Sheriff’s deputies confirmed the car fire and said it was suspicious in nature, the report said. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Theft from car

A resident in the 100 block of Dolores Street of Oswego Township reported to Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies at about 6:40 p.m. Thursday that her purse, credit cards, $60 in cash, check book and drivers license was stolen from her car, a sheriff’s office report said. Everything was recovered except the cash, the report said.

Underage drinking charge

Renee Marie Olsen, 19, 422 Lennox Drive, Oswego, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 9:50 p.m. Sunday at Commerce Drive and Dolores Street in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Olsen was found in her car parked in a suspicious location, the report said. It was discovered that Olsen was highly intoxicated, the report said.
