Two Oswego juveniles, one 14 and the other 16, both were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 9 a.m. at Oswego High School, according to an report. No other information was available.

Someone broke into a car parked in the 1100 block of Douglas Road sometime before 10:30 p.m., taking about $300 worth of items, according to an Oswego police report. About 15 minutes later another person reported a cell phone missing from their vehicle at the same address. The phone is valued at $300.

A 14-year-old Oswego High School girl was charged with disorderly conduct at about 8:50 a.m. at the school relating to an incident that took place May 3, according to an Oswego police report.
Marijuana possession
Tammy Dell, 40, of Montgomery, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 4 p.m. at Route 34 and Douglas Road, according to an Oswego police report. She was given a June 1 court date.
Theft
A 17-year-old Montgomery girl was charged Monday with theft at Oswego High School, stemming from an incident that took place May 9, according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.

Break-in
A resident in the 200 block of Adams Street reported to Oswego police that someone broke into the home sometime before 5:25 a.m. and stole $1,060 worth of items. The break in is still under investigation, police said.

Forgery
Michael S. Hosler, 29, of Aurora was charged with four counts of forgery dating back to a case from January, according to an Oswego police report. He forged financial documents pertaining to a loan application, police said.
Battery
Two Plank Junior High School girls were charged with battery and disorderly conduct at about 9:45 a.m. at the school, according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.
Marijuana possession
A 17 year-old Aurora boy was charged with marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 9 a.m. at Fernwood Drive and Douglas Road, according to an Oswego police report.
