With Cinco de Mayo approaching, where do you get the best Mexican fare?

Cinco de Mayo is not the Mexican day of Independence. Let's straighten that out right away. In Mexico, the day commemorates a victory over the French in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. 

Exactly 150 years later, Americans use the day to celebrate Mexican heritage and as an excuse to ingest too many tacos and margaritas. With that in mind, Readers' Choice this week turns toward Oswego's best Mexican restaurant.
