Repeat DUI Driver Charged Again: Oswego Police
The man, driving with a dog in tow, was pulled over and taken into custody on an aggravated driving under the influence charge, police said.

OSWEGO, IL — A repeat DUI offender has been charged with another felony after a traffic stop Sunday morning, Oswego police said.
Richard Haley Jr., 55, was taken into custody on an aggravated DUI charge after Oswego officers pulled him over at about 10:39 a.m. Sunday, near Route 31 and Century Drive. When asked for identification, Haley, of Wolverine Drive, showed police another person's ID, according to a news release.
A dog that was in the car with Haley was safely taken to animal control, police said.

The Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office approved the felony charge since Haley "allegedly [drove] under the influence while one's driving privileges were revoked for prior violations of driving under the influence," police spokesperson Cathy Nevara wrote in the release.
Nevara declined to say what Haley’s blood alcohol content was at the time of the traffic stop.

Haley was also charged with driving while license revoked and obstructing identification. He was cited for improper lane usage and tinted windows. He also received traffic citations for improper lane usage and tinted windows.
Haley was transported to the Kendall County Jail to await a detention hearing Tuesday. As of Wednesday morning, he remains in jail, records show.
