Rhona Jane Lenhof, 65, Served Many Years as Chaplain at Rush-Copley
A gathering for Rhona Lenhof will be held on Tuesday, June 25 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Burial will be on Wednesday, June 26 at 10 a.m.

Rhona Jane Lenhof, 65 years, of Montgomery, IL died peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2013. She was born December 21, 1947 to Yvonne Euclide and Susan Godard in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Besides raising her children, Rhona was inspired to share God's love through her spirit of adventure and her dedication to peace and social justice. She had obtained her bachelor’s degree in theology from St. Francis University in Joliet, IL, and a master's in church leadership from Lewis University in Lockport, IL.
She worked many years for the Joliet Diocese in youth ministry and as a chaplain at Rush-Copley Medical Center.
Rhona is survived by two daughters Dara (Jim) Dann of Washington, DC; Kyna Lenhof of Chicago, IL; a son Keiran (Christie) Lenhof of Washington, DC; three grandchildren Adam, Kevin and Angela Dann; her parents Yvonne E and Susan nee Maguire of Winnipeg, MB; a sister Theresa (Mark) Barker of Winnipeg, MB; three brothers Barry (Eileen) Godard, Martin (Jen) Godard and Paul Godard (Tara Petrychko) all of Winnipeg, MB; mother-in-law Jeane Lenhof of Clearwater, FL; also several nieces and nephews and life long friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gerry Lenhof and son Jared Lenhof.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 1501 Douglas Road Oswego, IL. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church 551 Boulder Hill Pass Oswego, IL. Cremation took place to be followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Aurora, IL.For additional information 630/554-3888.
