Two Injured In Three-Car Crash: Oswego Police

A multiple-car collision in Oswego on Monday, Dec. 23 left two drivers injured and caused an estimated $1500 in damage.

OSWEGO, IL — A three-car crash near the intersection of Route 34 and Kendall Point Drive in Oswego has left two drivers severely injured and caused over $1500 in damage, the Oswego Police Depatrment has reported. The crash occurred around 7:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23, the police report said, and involved three passenger sedans.

The drivers of the vehicles, according to the report, were a 21-year-old Oswego woman, a 26-year-old Aurora man, and an 18-year-old from an undisclosed town. The 18 and 21-year-old drivers sustained serious injuries and were taken by first responders to a local hospital. The 26-year-old driver managed to walk away from the incident uninjured. No fatalities or injuries to passengers were reported.

According to the police report, no charges are being levied against any of the drivers at this time. This is the third Oswego traffic incident to result in injuries in as many days.
