Woman Caught Stealing At Oswego Walmart Wanted In Kane Co.
The Aurora women allegedly stole nearly $350 worth of items from Walmart, police allege.

OSWEGO, IL — An Aurora woman arrested for allegedly stealing from a Walmart in Oswego was wanted in Kane County. Tracy M. Andrade is accused of attempting to steal from the Walmart and obstructing justice, according to Oswego Police.
At about 6 p.m. Monday, police responded to the Walmart at 2300 U.S. Route 34 for a call of a theft. Walmart security was holding 48-year-old Andrade when police arrived, a spokesperson for Oswego Police said. Andrade had allegedly tried to steal $340 in items from the store, and gave police a false name after being arrested for the theft, police said.
Officers determined Andrade's identity and charged her with felony retail theft and obstructing identification. After learning Andrade's identity, officers also discovered she had an active warrant for her arrest in Kane County, police said.

Andrade, of the 500 block of South Farnsworth Avenue in Aurora, was booked into Kendall County Jail Monday night. She is being held on $10,500 bond and has a court appearance scheduled for Friday, county records show. It is not known what the Kane County warrant was issued for.
