Alsip Man Accused Of Revenge Porn Posted Private, Explicit Photos Of Palos Woman: Police
Although the photos were taken consensually while dating, the man did not have permission to post them on social media, police said.
PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — An Alsip man is accused of posting private sexual images of an ex-girlfriend on social media. Eric Munoz, 28, is facing a felony charge of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual image.
Munoz had a prior dating relationship with the Palos Heights woman. Police said he created a fake Facebook page purporting to be his ex-girlfriend and shared photos taken consensually during their dating relationship. She did not give Munoz permission to post them publicly, Palos Heights police said.
Investigators executed numerous search warrants and identified Munoz. Last Thursday, Munoz was questioned by investigators, who they claim admitted to posting the images.

The Cook County State’s Attorney also interviewed the woman. After the interview, confession and a review of digital evidence, a felony charge was approved.
