FBI Offers $20,000 Reward For Information on Nun-Mask Bank Robbery

THE FBI is now offering a reward for informaiton on Sunday's TCF Bank robbery.

The FBI is now offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the nun-masked robbers who took over a Palos Heights bank and made off with a duffle bag of cash Sunday.

The armed robbers entered TCF Bank, 6410 W. 127th St., several minutes before 2 p.m. on May 29, police said.

The two suspects drove off in a light-colored, newer model Chevy Impala, according to the FBI.They are described as follows:

  • A thin light complexioned black man, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, wearing black-and-white gym shoes, black-colored gloves and armed with a revolver. 
  • A light complexioned black woman, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, wearing black boots, white gloves and armed with a semi-automatic pistol.
