Customer Hurls 'Unknown Liquid' At Dunkin Driver-Thru Worker

PALOS HILLS, IL — A passenger in a vehicle threw liquid at a drive-thru worker on Dec. 19 in Palos Hills, reports said.

Officers responded to the Dunkin Donuts, 8831 W. 95th St. for a battery report. The complainant told police that a customer pulled into the drive-thru and completed their transaction. Before the vehicle pulled away, a back seat passenger sat up and threw an “unknown liquid” in the drive-thru worker’s face. The vehicle fled east on 95th Street.

Police attributed the prank to a TikTok trend.
