Fire Destroys Worth Pancake Restaurant
Firefighters were called to West 111th Street Monday evening for a fire at Michael's Pancake House.
A fire tore through a Worth restaurant Monday evening.
The blaze appeared to be concentrated inside Michael's Pancake House, located on West 111th Street. A call went out at about 5:45 p.m. for a full-still fire at the restaurant.
Firefighters from Bridgeview and North Palos departments responded to the call.
One official on scene said the fire appeared to originate in the kitchen but a cause wasn't immediately known.
