Resident Says Identity Was Stolen To Take $6,000 In Students Loans

PALOS HILLS, IL — A resident reported that someone used their identity to take out student loans, Palos Hills police reports said.

Officers went to the 10400 block of Aspen Drive in reference to an identity theft on July 15. The resident told police that someone used their identity to apply for and receive $6,000 in student loans. The incident is under investigation.
