Lights In The Heights Kicks Off Holiday Season Friday At Memorial Park
Treats, warm drinks, music and a visitor from the North Pole kick off Palos Heights dazzling light display Friday, Nov. 29.

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — After you’ve finished eating Thanksgiving leftovers, bring yourself and your family to the kickoff for “Lights In the Heights” Friday, Nov. 29.
Gather at Memorial Park at 76th Avenue and College Drive near Palos Heights Municipal Hall for the kickoff from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The lights will be on from dusk to dawn throughout the holidays.
The Palos Heights Arts Commission has commissioned Artistic Holiday Designs that designs artistic light displays in community art and business districts to install a dazzling display of light sculptures perfect for selfies and family photo ops.

Gather around a fire for holiday treats and refreshments. Live holiday music will be provided by local community groups. The Palos Heights Fire Department will also be bringing a very special guest from the North Pole on a fire truck.
