1. Pressing issues are providing necessary services to our residents. 2. Being responsive to the concerns of the residents. This is what I have done for 18 years.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
There are no real differences. Each of us is on the city council for the same reason, that is to represent our residents and to pass ordinances that protect them and their homes.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform
1. To continue responding to constituent’s concerns and issues 2. To continue to be fiscally responsible. 3. To have a very good relationship with all department heads and the mayor.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Eighteen years of being elected and reelected to serve.
Why should voters trust you?
If I can’t give them the response or answer they want, I will work on an alternative, satisfying solution with them.
What are your views on fiscal policy, government spending and the handling of taxpayer dollars in the office you are seeking?
Common sense spending and don’t spend beyond your means
What are your thoughts on the crime rate in your community, and what more can be done to combat crime — especially violent crime — Palos Hills?
Extremely low crime rate and rare violent crime if any
What is your view of the city's/village's approach to commercial and residential development?
Looking up and down Harlem, the changes in businesses are remarkable. We are also continuing to have contractors building residential homes.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
Throughout my career, I have been involved in negotiating with various administrators over conflicting issues and was able to arrive at a consensus satisfying all. I think this ability to see both sides of an issue can only benefit my constituents.
