Palos Heights police reports, July 4 - 6.

FRIDAY, JULY 6

Almost Triple the Legal Limit

Crisantos Granados, 43, of the 7300 block of 84th Place in Bridgeview, was charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, transporting open alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident.

Around 8:47 p.m. Granados was involved in an accident at 127th Street and Harlem Avenue, police said. He showed signs of being under the influence and a breath test revealed a blood alcohol level of .239, police said.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 4

DUI on College Drive

Genevieve Thorpe, 45, of Lenox Court in Lemont, was charged with driving under the influence. She was stopped at 11:22 p.m. for improper lane use. Police say that she failed both a field sobriety test and a breath test.
