Palos Heights Woman Throws Bottle During Argument: Blotter

Palos Heights police reports, May 5-6.

MONDAY, MAY 6

Zero Tolerance Charge

Helena J. Pena, 19, of the 300 block of West 65th Street, Burr Ridge, was charged with zero tolerance, illegal screeching of tires, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without proof of insurance, according to a report. Police stopped Pena in the 7900 block of West College Drive when her vehicle screeched its tires. An officer speaking with the driver found her to be under the age of 21 and that she had been drinking. Police also discovered drug paraphernalia. She is due on June 26 in Bridgeview court.

Pot Possession For Passenger

Gabriela R. Bergeron, 19, of the 5500 block of West Madison Street, Hinsdale, was charged with possession of marijuana, according to a report. Bergeron was a passenger in a car where the driver also was arrested. Police allegedly found she had marijuana with her. Bergeron is due on June 26 in Bridgeview court.

Bottle Thrown During Argument

Katie B. Baudo, 27, of the 5800 block of West 127th Street, Palos Heights, was charged with battery, according to a report. She is accused of throwing a bottle that hit someone in the face during an argument at an establishment. She was arrested at about 1:17 a.m. in the 12200 block of South Harlem Avenue. Baudo is due on June 17 in Bridgeview court.
