Police Called Twice in One Day to Stagg High School
Palos Hills police responded to two altercations between students, both of which resulted in battery charges.

Palos Hills police had their hands full at Stagg High School on Feb. 23 with two seperate incidents resulted in arrests.
At about 11 a.m. two male students had a physical altercation after repeated verbal taunts, police said. One of the students was arrested and charged with battery.
He will appear in a first time offender program, police said.

The second incident occurred at 2:30 p.m. inside the school. A male student hit another boy in the face when he noticed money was missing from his pocket, police said.
The student who was hit told police that he saw the money fall out of the other boy's pocket and when he tried to return it he was hit in the face, police said.

The student was charged with battery and will appear in the same first time offender program.
