Clerk Maced As Males Dressed As Females Rob 7-Eleven: Park Ridge PD
The two suspects took several cartons of cigarettes and liquor bottles before fleeing from the store following the Tuesday night incident.

PARK RIDGE, IL — A store clerk was maced during a robbery Tuesday night at a 7-Eleven gas station. Park Ridge police, who responded after receiving a hold-up alarm, said the incident occurred at around 8:02 p.m. at the 814 Higgins Road location.
The store clerk was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police, two males, who were dressed as females, entered the gas station, walked around the counter and then sprayed the clerk with a chemical agent, believed to be mace. The pair took several cartons of cigarettes and bottles of liquor before fleeing the store. They were last seen on foot heading south on Cumberland.

Police said one was wearing a black shirt and grey pants, while the other was wearing a tan shirt and black pants. Both were wearing bandanas on their heads.
Park Ridge detectives are reviewing video surveillance footage from inside the store. Anyone with additional information is asked to call the Park Ridge Police Department at 847-318-5252.
