• High school flag football fall rankings: JSerra Catholic finishes No. 1 in final MaxPreps Top 25 (maxpreps.com) — Maine South High School in Park Ridge capped a 26-3 season by earning the No. 3 spot in MaxPreps’ final national flag football rankings and winning its second Illinois state title. Led by standout receiver Laila Abukhalaf and a stingy defense, the Hawks are highlighted among top programs from California, Alabama, Georgia, and Arizona.
