Crash Near O'Hare Injures 2: Police

SCHILLER PARK, IL — Two people were taken to hospitals after a weekend crash near O’Hare International Airport, according to authorities.

The incident occurred Saturday at the intersection of River Road and Lawrence Avenue in Schiller Park, firefighters said.

The streets were temporarily closed while crews cleared debris and removed the vehicles, according to a social media post from Schiller Park Firefighters Local 5230. Photos accompanying the post showed significant front-end damage to two vehicles.
