Emergency Room Expansion Possible for Advocate Lutheran General Hospital
A plan is in place to add seven emergency treatment stations to the busy emergency room in Park Ridge.

A $40 million renovation could beΒ coming to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Crainβs Chicago Business reports.
The hospital is planning to add seven emergency treatment stations and an observation unit. Seventy additional parking spaces will also be added, according to Crainβs. If approved, the emergency room expansion should be finished in early 2015. Advocate Lutheran General βs ER was the 13th busiest in the Chicago area in 2011 with 60,000 visits. Β
