Kotowski's Gun Control Bill Passes Senate Committee

Illinois' 28th District Sen. Dan Kotowski, of Park Ridge, sponsored a bill to ban the possession and sale of high-capcity gun magazines, which passed the Senate committee on Wednesday, the State-Journal Register reported. The Illinois Senate committee also passed a bill that bans possessing and selling semi-automatic guns, the State-Journal Register reported.
