Norridge Woman Killed In Kane County Crash
The driver has been identified as Anette A. Niebrzydowski, 28, of Norridge. The single-vehicle crash happened Thursday afternoon.
KANE COUNTY, IL —A 28-year-old suburban woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in unincorporated Hampshire Township.
The collision happened at about 1:40 p.m. when a Ford Focus headed east on Big Timber Road near the intersection of Sandwald Road crossed into the westbound lane of traffic and drove off the roadway, according to the Kane County Sheriff's Office news release. The vehicle then hit a utility pole.
The driver, who has been identified as Anette A. Niebrzydowski, 28, of Norridge, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
