Park Ridge Park District Displays Collection of Lost and Found Items

If you visited a Park Ridge Park District facility this past summer and left behind your belongings, you might be in luck.

The Park Ridge Park District is displaying its collection of lost and found items at the Maine Park Leisure Center, 2701 W. Sibley Ave., through Sept. 9.

"Someone already commented on our Facebook page that they saw their keys there, so that's great," said Margaret Holler, spokeswoman for the Park Ridge Park District in the story by the Chicago Tribune.

Any unclaimed items will be donated to USAgain, a for-profit company that resells unwanted clothing in an effort to keep them out of landfills.
