Construction Work, Lane Closures Ahead Near Prospect And Humboldt Intersection

A Peoria Public Works contractor, Stark Excavating, Inc. will address a failing retaining wall and storm sewers in the coming days. Work will begin Tuesday, November 17 near the intersection of North Prospect Road and North Humboldt Avenue and should be completed mid-December, weather pending.

Traffic Changes
Daytime lane closures will be necessary for workers to unload and stage equipment and materials throughout the process. Flaggers will be present during these times. Motorists are urged to use caution and watch out for changing conditions within the construction zone.
