One Stop Shop Offered Nov. 23 Via Web-Based Platform
Local entities will be available to answer questions from residents, developers and business owners on building plans and more.
The city of Peoria Community Development Department is excited to announce that One Stop Shop will be held on a web-based platform on Monday, November 23rd. One Stop Shop will continue to meet every Monday at 1:30 PM and all relevant local entities will be available to answer questions from residents, developers, and business owners on building plans, site plans, and required permits for new and upcoming projects.
For over thirty years, One Stop Shop has been enabling all Peorians to have their development-related questions answered in a coordinated fashion. Staff from the Greater Peoria Sanitary District, Public Works Department, American Water Company, Planning & Zoning, and other local agencies will be present, giving feedback and advice to One Stop Shop “customers.”
