Peoria Treasurer’s Office To Close Friday For Scheduled Tech Updates

Necessary System Upgrades to be Made

Due to scheduled financial system upgrades occurring on Friday January 15, the Office of Accounts Receivable and Treasurer’s office will be unavailable to immediately answer citizen inquiries. The office will reopen on Tuesday, January 19. All City offices will be closed in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King holiday on Monday, January 18. The payment drop box, located at the Fulton Street entrance, remains available for payments by check only.

Staff will respond to all account-specific inquiries once the system upgrade is complete, which is currently planned for January 19. When reaching out by email or voicemail, please include your name, serviced address, account number, and the reason for your call/email. Please avoid leaving multiple voice messages. Staff will respond as quickly as they can to all messages received.
