
Joining the list of local leaders who have endorsed Bob Kalnicky's candidacy for State Representative in the 98th district is Plainfield Mayor Michael Collins.
"Mr. Kalnicky is aware of all the challenges associated with this commitment and stands ready. Mr. Kalnicky is also aware of the financial condition of the State of Illinois. Mr. Kalnicky will bring fresh ideas that are much needed in Springfield," Collins said in a letter affirming is endorsement.
Kalnicky is pleased to have the support of Mayor Collins and the Plainfield community.

"Mayor Collins has shown strong leadership in Plainfield, and it is that same type of leadership that the 98th district needs in Springfield to stand up to the over-spending; stand up to the over-taxing; and stand up for the working families and small businesses in Illinois," Kalnicky said. "I am honored to receive the endorsement of Mayor Collins, and will continue to work to earn the endorsement of all of the residents of the 98th district."
Among those who have endorsed Kalnicky's candidacy are Congresswoman Judy Biggert; Romeoville Mayor, John Noak; Will County Treasurer, Steve Weber; WLS Host and political analyst, Dan Proft; the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund; and the Illinois Liberty PAC.
