How do you know your graduating student nominee?

Layla is my granddaughter.

Tell us why they deserve to be nominated!

Layla has earned mostly A's throughout her school years. Layla was chosen to read one of the pillars, when she was inducted into the first year of the Junior National Honor Society at Timber Ridge School. Layla is involved in cross-country, track and band. She also does volunteer work and fundraising for non-profits, such as participating in the Chicago Hustle and Polar Plunge. Layla was chosen from several other deserving contestants to be Plainfield's St. Patrick's Day princess for the 2024 parade.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?

Layla is amazing in many ways, but her compassion for others is her true superpower.
