PLAINFIELD, IL — A sure sign that summer is coming is the start of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce's Cruise Nights, held in downtown Plainfield each Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. starting June 4 and ending Aug. 20.

This year's Cruise Nights will feature the "Hawg Pen," sponsored by Conrad Harley-Davidson of Joliet, and it's first come, first served for bikes.

While you're downtown, you might as well grab a bite to eat, a drink, some ice cream or check out the local shops.
