Arrested At Denny's Restaurant, Woman, 21, Has Outburst, Scuffles With Cops: Joliet Police
Joliet police informed Violet Boggan she needed to leave the restaurant and offered her a courtesy ride home, which she declined.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department made an overnight arrest Tuesday involving a 21-year-old woman from Plainfield in connection with a disturbance at the Joliet Denny's Restaurant on Plainfield Road.
According to police spokesman Dwayne English, at 3:42 a.m., the officers responded to Denny’s at 2531 Plainfield Road for a disturbance. He said the officers encountered Violet Boggan and learned that the people she had previously been with had left her at the restaurant.
Management advised officers that Boggan was no longer welcome at the business and requested she leave. English said the officers informed Boggan she needed to leave the restaurant and offered her a courtesy ride home, which she declined. Boggan left the area at that time.
