District 202 Podcast Tackles Bullying

PLAINFIELD, IL — Plainfield School District 202's latest podcast episode tackles bullying and the ways the district seeks to deal with the issue. The podcast is discussing the issue as part of national bullying prevention month.

Last year, District 202 launched a podcast series, which allows the district to share information with the community and have the public learn more about key district officials and their work. The latest episode, the seventh in the series, includes an interview with Mina Griffith, assistant superintendent for student services.

On the episode, Griffith discuses the ways District 202 seeks to support students dealing with bullying. The podcast is just the latest way the district is addressing bullying. It has previously held events like an anti-bullying program.
