DUI Arrests, Street Racing: Plainfield Police Reports

Conor E. Shukstor, 25, of the 13000 block of Savana Drive, was arrested March 5 on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal use of a cell phone while driving and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Ashley N. Unger, 27, of the 900 block of Plainfield Road, Joliet, was arrested March 6 at Route 59 and Newkirk Drive on charges of DUI, equipment violations and violating a traffic signal.

Luis Alberto Mendez Sanchez, 29, of the 100 block of Leawood Court, Joliet, was arrested March 6 at Route 59 and Renwick Road on charges of DUI and speeding.

Hector S. Casas, 44, of the 14000 block of Morgan Lane, was arrested March 9 at Main and Center streets on charges of DUI and parking with the vehicle running.

Luis G. Oliva, 41, of the 1300 block of Devonshire, Joliet, was arrested March 9 at 127th Street and Route 59 on charges of DUI, speeding 35 mph over the limit or more and street racing.
